Her Hub operates an online Portal that connects Organizations with qualified female Legal Counsel. The Portal facilitates the posting of discrete legal assignments, notifying eligible Legal Counsel, and enabling Organizations to select and engage Legal Counsel directly. Her Hub’s role is limited to providing the Portal. It does not supervise, direct, or guarantee any legal services, is not a party to contracts between Users, and has no involvement in pricing, invoicing, or payment terms between Organizations and Legal Counsel. Her Hub is a facilitator only—it is not a law firm, does not employ lawyers, and does not provide legal advice. Information on the website and the Portal is general and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.
Her Hub collects User Information provided during account registration and profile setup, as well as information submitted via the Portal. Organizations and Legal Counsel also share User Data and matter-related information directly with each other through the Portal to enable delivery of services. Her Hub uses this information to operate, secure, and improve the portal, to administer memberships, and to support core features such as assignment notifications, ratings, and reviews. Her Hub implements commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (including industry-standard transmission, storage, and network protections) and requires Users to keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Information may be disclosed where required by law or to protect the Portal and its users. Additional details are set out in Her Hub’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into the Terms .
By using the Portal, Users agree to comply with the Terms, respect confidentiality obligations, and take responsibility for their own compliance and professional duties. Liability is limited as described in the Terms, and disputes are resolved by arbitration under Alberta law.
